Boeing 707-138 VH-EBE at Avalon in September 1959.
Note that the aeroplane carries the last letter of its registration
under the nose along with the number 5 which signifies that it was the
fifth aircraft of the Qantas order. VH-EBE arrived in Sydney on delivery
on 17 September 1959, evidently without a name or coat of arms. The
aeroplane was later named City of Perth.
