A
gleaming VH-EBC on the ramp outside the wartime igloo hangar which constituted
the Brisbane International Terminal until December
1975. This photo was probably taken in 1962 not long after the aircraft
was converted to turbofan engines. The aircraft had emerged from a post-conversion
block overhaul and repaint on 17th December 1961.
