Although registered N707KS, this aeroplane is obviously not the former VH-EBG which also carried this same registration! HRH Prince Khalid bin Sultan (the son of HRH Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz) wanted to retain the registration N707KS for this aircraft so the registration of the B707-138B became N707SK. This aircraft was actually built for Pan Am as a 707-321B (msn 20025) and was originally registered N886PA. Although it never served with Qantas, it is presented here in the hope of avoiding future confusion. The additional forward cabin door (in line with the stairs) is a noteworthy modification. This door is believed to have come from a B757.
